Leading & Managing
We are working together to build a strong organisational structure supporting the aims and ethos of Faith Baptist Church and Christian School for generations to come.
We are providing infrastructure necessary to facilitate all aspects of the school program.
We are establishing clear policies which define performance and reporting practices aimed at ensuring effective and efficient practice in all areas of school management.
Student Environment
We are creating a Christian culture in the school which focuses on the holistic development of each student (spiritually, emotionally, academically, socially and physically).
We are creating a Christian Leadership program aimed at developing leadership qualities in all students with an emphasis on mission involvement.
We are creating an inclusive, supportive and welcoming environment for all students which nurture the student’s individual spiritual formation.
Community Involvement
We are engaging with the community in strategic opportunities to make a contribution to the community, provide students with service activities, and raise the school’s profile in the community.
We are forming dynamic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance and improve student achievements in all areas of school life.
We are actively and accurately telling the story of Faith Baptist Christian School using a variety of media to promote the distinctive educational program offered.
Faith Baptist Christian School is a co-educational Christian School for children from Prep – Year 12.
