1983
A Brief History
Faith Baptist Christian School was established as an integral ministry of the Faith Baptist Church by a decision of the members on 6 July 1983.
From the outset, the church has viewed the school as an extension of the church’s mandate to preach the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to teach children to observe all that is commanded in the pages of Scripture.
This led to the establishment of Faith Baptist Christian School which has operated according to clearly understood Biblical principles for the past thirty-four years.
Hundreds of students and their families have been assisted in reaching their God-given potential and pursuing a pathway of service to God and the community.

School Facilities
The school relocated in 2000, and is situated on a peaceful bushland campus minutes from Gladstone with room for growth.
The school draws students from Gladstone and Calliope districts and currently averages 90 enrolments. The smaller class sizes and overall population ensures that each individual student is a valued member of the school community.
All the building and facilities at Faith are modern and include computing facilities in each classroom, library and resource building, AV room, conference room, auditorium, indoor hall, kitchen facility, science lab, arts room, sports facilities and equipment.
All buildings are of brick construction and air-conditioned.
